A Note from Linda
November always reminds me how rich life becomes when we pause to give thanks. Between family, friends, and faith, I’m overwhelmed by God’s goodness — not because life is perfect, but because His love is constant. This season brings both cozy warmth and quiet reflection, and I’m reminded how gratitude and faith walk hand in hand.
Story Spotlight
This month, I’ve been revisiting some of Clara’s moments in Sunflowers Still Bloom, and they’ve reminded me that God often works quietly — like sunlight warming cold soil. Sunflowers Still Bloom is still being written. I will be sharing from that book soon. In the mean time, if you haven’t yet read Ashes and Sunflowers, I hope you’ll consider diving in. It’s a story of faith, family, and God’s gentle restoration in unexpected places. You can find Ashes and Sunflowers at www.amazon.com, Barnesandnoble.com or my website lindaparham.com
“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” — Psalm 107:1
From Behind the Pages
Writing continues to be both a calling and a comfort. Every word feels like an offering — a way to say, ‘Thank You, Lord,’ for all He has done. Each chapter I write reminds me how gratitude strengthens faith, and how faith, in turn, deepens gratitude.
From My Home to Yours
Around our home, the scent of cinnamon and apple pie fills the kitchen. The cats have discovered new hiding spots among the leaves outside, while Logan and Abby are happily enjoying the cooler air. These simple moments — laughter, warmth, and even the sound of rustling leaves — feel like tiny prayers of thanks.
